We ship most in-stock items within 2 to 3 business days from order date.
We are working with Swisspost and you should receive your order within 2 to 5 business days from shipment date.
Our products are shipped well packaged to the address you gave us.
Please take care to give us a correct labelled delivery address. If shipment returns because of inexact or incomplete delivery indications, all costs will be in charge to the costumer.
We do delivery only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Part Delivery
We do not include items on our website that are not actually in stock. We hold stocks of all products that are available for sale. Delivery would normally be from stock.
Sometime it can happen that an item is shortly out of stock. In this case we do a part delivery. If your order is subject to more than one delivery, the shipment costs will be charged only one time.
Delivery balances for less than CHF 20.00 are cancelled or carried over to the next delivery. In case of payment in advance, the corresponding value will be credited to your account or refunded.
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason, please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging. Send the box to us, within 8 work days, via insured mail to the address below.

What to do in case of damage during delivery ?
